Fio Banka new Online banking UX/UI

Fio Banka, a prominent player in the Czech banking market, has experienced significant growth, reaching nearly 1.4 million clients as of February 2024. To create a truly user-centric online banking experience for Fio's growing customer base, this project aims to enhance usability and simplify everyday financial tasks. The main goal was to modernize the interface while prioritizing accessibility for all users.
Main page blocks were reordered to better reflect business priorities while maintaining a user-friendly experience. Account access was moved directly to the main screen, eliminating the need for unnecessary navigation.

History and Statistics
The History and Statistics screenflow underwent a transformation to prioritize user clarity and understanding. Initial user testing exposed an issue with the placement of the period length switch, as many users overlooked it in its original location. To address this, the switch was relocated to the top of the page. This design iteration proved highly successful, with subsequent tests demonstrating a 75% increase in user success rates.

Product Screen
The "New Product" screen was changed between initial and the final UI. Double buttons were replaced with quick action buttons, mirroring the main screen's design. This minimized clutter, and made the screen more intuitive, clean and engaging for users.
The Product screen underwent a significant redesign for improved usability. The original burger menu used in wireframes was replaced with familiar quick action buttons, mirroring those on the main screen. This streamlined the interface and consolidated key actions at the top and bottom of the product page, enhancing user convenience, navigation, and potentially reducing the need for customer support calls.

Habit Tracker Mobile App UX/UI

As a component of the larger $4.5 trillion wellness market, habit tracking apps have carved out a significant niche, serving an estimated 75 million users worldwide as of 2023. They are on track to see substantial user growth, reflecting the shifting priorities towards self-care and productivity enhancement. To create a mobile app that not only assists users in cultivating positive habits through pattern recognition and repetition but also provides support for breaking unhealthy ones. One of the goals was to create a design that would look equally good on smaller phones such as the new iPhone SE (2022).
Onboarding
The onboarding scenario was developed with user testing insights in mind to cover the entire user journey. Following User Testing outcomes, it clarified controls for quitting negative habits, as well as introduced users to the different types of statistics offered by the app and how they can be accessed.

Main screen
The primary focus of the main page UI design was on ensuring design consistency, particularly in the creation of habit cards. This involved developing 3 types of habit cards with consistent design elements and unique visual attributes to differentiate between them. Various states were incorporated for each card type to provide users with clear feedback and improve overall usability.

Statistics
The goal of the statistics UI design was to display the user's progress in a visually engaging way, motivating them to continue using the app and improve their life with positive habits. In line with feedback from user testing, I incorporated two onboarding screens to familiarize users with the various types of statistics offered by the app when they first accessed the tab.
